As we head into spring, Compass will be changing with the season. After a long cold winter we’re ready to stretch and grow. Read on to see what’s in store!

Price Increase and Plan Changes

While our a la carte pricing will not change, what we charge for plans will. If you’re on a plan you already know the value built into each one of them. Plans give us the ability to provide great service at a reduced cost without having to charge you for every point of contact, need, or request. Each plan includes acute visits, reduced rates on services and treatments outside of your plan coverage, office contact, discounted supplements at our office, online pharmacy, and Sunshine Herbs, instructional videos and protocols, and more. Going forward plans will be referred to as Memberships. If you’re not already on one and are interested, sign up before April 4th to lock in current pricing. 

Lab Services

Our office will begin to draw labs in house this year! We are using Vibrant Labs to process lab samples. They offer a variety of options for testing. 

Current Plan Patients

$20 added on to any lab requiring a blood draw

Non Plan Patients and Walk-ins 

$30 draw fee

$130 draw fee and consult/lab review

Website Look

As we change our branding you will notice new designs in our advertising and printed materials. Our website is on the list. Look for the changes starting by the end of March. 

WOW Dinners 

After a hiatus for most of 2024, WOW Dinners are making a comeback. Held the third Tuesday of every month from 5-7:30 pm, these dinners are a great way to learn how to make your food work for you and enjoy the space with others to collaborate and share. We will continue to feature themes however future dinners will focus more on food intolerance education. To celebrate the Spring Equinox, our first dinner of the year will be held Tuesday, March 18th. Seating is limited. Please RSVP. Cost is $5 per person to cover dinner expenses. We look forward to seeing you there!
